First Sales Hire at Charlie

If you want to truly be a critical part of a company, here’s your chance. You’ll be the first sales leader at one of Chicago’s fastest growing startups (2000%+ growth since July). You’ll report directly to the CEO while in charge of selling our new platform that (1) helps sales reps take the grind out of prospecting and (2) automates prospect-research so you can impress even the toughest-to-reach decision makers.

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Report directly to CEO.

  • Close deals from beginning to end. Lead the full sales cycle from sourcing, cold calls and emails, all the way to closing the deal.

  • Navigate complex mid market and enterprise organizations to move the ball forward to ultimate deal closure.

  • Win 25%+ of deals sourced by yourself and our vast sales pipeline (you’ll be able to tap into our huge inbound pipeline with over 100,000 salespeople currently using the free version of Charlie, including over 75% of Fortune 500 companies).

  • Collaborate with Head of Product to help drive product strategy and sales strategy.
